Living Word ECC Board H1N1 Policy
The LWECC Director will use his/her discretion regarding the closing of LWECC due to H1N1 or any other major illness. If on any given day there is 25% or more children out due to the same illness, the Director may decide to close school to protect the health of other children and staff. You will be notified as early as possible in the event this should happen.

The Director will continue to follow the recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and St. Louis County Health Department. LWECC is also taking additional steps to sanitize the facility, toys and equipment to prevent the spread of illness.

Play It Safe Family Day
Sunday, April 18th from 2 to 4 p.m.
Join the LWECC staff for a fun-filled family event! Bring your helmet for a fitting and safety check by a St. Louis Children's Hospital professional (reservation required - see below). There will be firetrucks, an ambulance and much more.

To register for the helmet check, call 314.454.KIDS (5437) or 800.678.KIDS (5437); then press 3 and give your event date (April 18th) and your organization's name (Living Word Early Childhood Center). Children may bring their own helmets to the event or purchase an approved, properly fitting helmet for $8.

Staff Brunch

End of Year Picnic

It's a Zoo in Here!
Summer Camp 2010
June 1 - June 24 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
For children ages 15 months (by June) through Pre-Kindergarten
Choose one day (Wednesdays), two days ( Tuesday/Thursday), or three days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Cost for one day = $95 | Cost for two days = $160 | Cost for three days = $225

Summer Camp will include morning outdoor play, circle time activities, art activities, snack, story time and lunch (kids should bring a sack lunch from home). It is staffed by our professional Preschool and Kid's Day Out teachers who plan, conduct and supervise the activities.
